To achieve this, OCN has put in place a Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001, but which is flexible enough to be adapted to meet individual client’s needs. OCN develops Project Quality Plans which reflect the principles of the integrated management system whilst encompassing the specific requirements of individual projects.
OCN is currently certified to ISO 9001 : 2008 in various sectors but are working towards a fully integrated Quality and HSE management system to ensure consistency across all disciplines and to effect a more efficient use of resources.
